If Rahu is the bhukti lord within a neutral dasa, we have to consider multiple options 

Rahu as Rahu, Rahu as it's STL and Rahu as it's RL.

If Rahu itself is not favorable, but the promise of Rahu's RL is very favorable, will the bhukti of Rahu, allow the event?
